Imagine that you are this simple Oval, and your center of power is the spiral circle in the middle.
When you're empowered, you feel energized, capable and secure within yourself. Your inner circle and the oval extending around you is brightly colored. Feelings associated with empowerment are: confidence, Feeling empowered can come from feeling love, respect or appreciation. It can results from having and making choices for oneself or others, and from expressing oneself creatively. |
Energy: Grounded, supported, aware, attentive, introspective, curious, discerning.
Emotions: Concern, confusion, alarmed. Behavior: Solution oriented, self aware, self referencing, curious, inquisitive, owning experience and roles, compassionate, identifying, validating, dynamic of champion/teacher/encourager. Context: Resetting context, respectful disagreement, miscommunication, addressing (not attacking). Example: A connection-based response begins with a well established and strong personal center that is 1. grounded in physical body and reality. (Bottom) 2. connected to a higher guidance. (Top) This added connection contributes to your energy system and helps to balance energetic imbalances. 3. Discerning receptivity information and connection. (Upper Right) 4.
